Reset WSM was founded by Kaylee and Candice, driven by their extensive experience in children's services. They both recognised a critical gap in available support, feeling they could always do more for children and young people in their previous roles.

Kaylee's Expertise
Kaylee brings a decade of experience in education, having served as a primary school teacher and SENCO. This background provides her with a profound understanding of:

- Trauma Response in Children and Young People
- The Crucial Need for Mental Health Support
She has witnessed first hand how these challenges can lead to social isolation and a damaging cycle, impacting mental well-being and academic success.
Candice's Diverse Experience
Candice has a rich background across various children's services, including:
- Youth Support
- Youth Offending Service
- Youth Secure Unit
- Residential Children's homes
Her experience extends to working with children facing a wide array of challenges, such as:
- Those From Disadvantaged Areas
- Children From Minority Groups
- Children in Care or at the Edge of Care
- Children Experiencing Poverty
- Individuals With Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties
- Children in Secure Units, Care Homes, or Working With Social Care

Our Shared Understanding
Both Kaylee and Candice have lived experience with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), have resided in deprived areas, and have been single mothers. This personal insight provides them with a deep level of understanding and compassion for the unique challenges faced by families and young people.
